You are now ready to enter your Account ID and Account Password. Please follow the instructions below. Need Help? Call 1.800.809.1410.

Westell Modem

1.  Please locate your Account ID and Account Password. Both were supplied to you by the Customer Service representative when you signed up for your service.

2.  Click on the button below to edit your CenturyLink connection settings with your account information. Upon clicking the link you will be directed to a page similar to the screenshot to the right. Update "Account ID" and "Account Password" ONLY. Please do not change "Connection Name" or "Service Profile." After entering your Account ID and Account Password, click the "save" button.
